SQUEEEE IT'S SO ADORABLE
Small what I believe is a motorcycle engine powering a hydraulic system. The whole thing is a scale Panzer with custom-cast treads and working suspension. The guy that has this also has one the size of a Radio Flyer and one the size of a volkswagen, appropriately enough.

Awesome. Pretty rough sounding though. I imagine a motorcycle wouldn't be well tuned for hydraulics though. I'd think something small and diesel might work a bit better. Still totally awesome though.

It sound like a lawn mower engine to me. Maybe a Briggs and Stratton or Kohler V-twin. I bet he pulled the engine and hydraulic system from a zero turning radius mower. Since they are set up with a hydraulic motor at each of the drive wheels, it would be perfect to use for a tank like this.
